Venison and Sausage Chili

1 lb. Hot or Mild Dean's Sausage
5 lbs. Ground Venison
1 Large Yellow Onion, Chopped
4 Cloves of Garlic
2 Chili Peppers, Minced
1/2 box Cumin Seeds
6 cups Water
2 tbsp. White Vinegar
1 cup Tomato Sauce
1 cup Tomato Catsup
2 1/2 tbsp. Chili Powder
3 cans Red Kidney Beans
1. Combine the venison and Dean Sausage in a large skillet stirring frequently until brown and drain.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Simmer for 25 to 35 minutes or until most of the liquid has evaporated. Serves 12.
